In spring, we focus on Freestyle and Greco-Roman, building control and technique. In fall, it's all about Folkstyle, emphasizing speed, takedowns, and dynamic transitions. No matter the season, our athletes train, compete, and evolve—becoming well-rounded wrestlers ready for any challenge.

2026 Freestyle & Greco-Roman Season March 3 – First Week of May
For the folkstyle season, we charge a small participation fee based on the level of involvement. The freestyle season is free to participate in, with donations recommended.
Perfect for beginners or those looking for a lower-commitment option. Includes access to practices and local community league meets.
There is no fee to participate in community league competition, but athletes do need to pay - usually $30 - to enter USA Wrestling sanctioned tournaments.
Designed for athletes ready to compete at a higher level. Includes everything in the Community Team membership plus access to USA Wrestling sanctioned tournaments and the State Championship event.
To compete in sanctioned tournaments, wrestlers must have a valid USA Wrestling membership.
If you are only joining us for the folkstyle season, pick the Limited Folkstyle Membership. If you know that you will be joining us for freestyle as well, we recommend purchasing the Full Athlete Membership.
